We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order please Contact Us. You can only do tis within 2 hours of purchasing, after this it will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfilment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

1. We have warehouses all over the world that ship our products. We ship them based on availability, therefore you might get a slight variation of the product.
2. Our technology is also always being updated and some of our marketing material reflects old stock or variations of the product.
3. As we change our product ranges and technology, our reviews remain. So you might still see reviews from our previous versions, but we guarantee the product has been updated for improvement.
The product will have all the same functionality and benefits, but the design might just have changed.

We offer shipping over $30 across Australia with standard shipping available. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3-14 business days. Some of your packages might arrive at different times as they come from different warehouses and from overseas. Our products are stored and shipped in multiple locations around the world. The reason for this is so that we can offer the most cost effective and reliable products for our customers. Because of this, your products may be shipped separately and some may be delayed more than others.

The estimated shipping time for our products is usually only 3-10 business days, it does vary depending on the location. As we are often sold out, we will send the products from our closet warehouse which may be overseas.
Furthermore, our primary source of shipping is ePacket and Australia Post for domestic orders, both of which are fast and insured.
Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 24 hours and estimated delivery times are subject to change.
You will be informed via email when your order is confirmed and shipped out with tracking information.

We aim at making all our products as cost effective as possible so that you can save on product costs. We are upwards of 50% more cost effective than our competitors. We aim to provide the best quality products at the most affordable prices so that everyone has access to them. Therefore some of our products come in environmentally friendly boxes without labels.
We also don’t include instruction booklets with most of our products. If you didn’t receive your PDF version post purchase, please reach out to us below and we will send through the PDF ASAP. We also include all our how to use instructions on each of our product pages.
